Riverfront Dr or for warehouse space within one mile of US Highway 14 with a loading dock and multiple large overhead doors, please drop us a line and we’ll keep you informed should any space become available.

Our main retail building is sectioned into three suites. The first is 1,600 sq ft on the main floor with additional room / storage upstairs and downstairs. The second suite in about 2,500 sq ft all on the main floor and the third suite is about 3,200 sq ft all on the main floor. Each unit has access to three shared restrooms. A large pole sign for great visibility and parking in both the front and rear offer plenty of space for your clients. Please keep us in mind for your future needs.
The warehouse is about 10,000 sq ft with high ceilings, one loading dock door, two overhead doors, two walk doors and an interior insulated office space. The warehouse can be divided into two separate sections and has two electric meters for it.
The Auto Shop area is about 3,000 sq ft with a portion divided into two levels.
