Our Technicians
We employ some of the most talented and technically minded technicians in the business. As our technicians work on vehicles of all types for a living, we recognize that people should be comfortable handing us their keys for their car, truck, boat or motorcycle. We want our clients to know our technician qualifications, their installation expertise and problem-solving nature is why we are so passionate about ‘doing things right’ the very first time. Most of our technicians have attended trade schools, industry events and manufacturer training for the products we offer. Many of them have 10 or more years’ experience working with all types of vehicles and demonstrate expertise in vehicle electrical systems, custom fabrication (such as wood and metal working), upholstery and plastics. It’s an incredibly talented group eager to handle your installation with the high standards you expect from Sweet Sounds.
Our Facility
We have a generously sized and outfitted facility for both sales and installations. We have a 2,600 sq.ft. retail store and an additional 3,200 sq.ft. installation and fabrication shop all in one convenient location. All areas are clean and organized so clients have a comfort level with leaving their vehicles with us. We even have 24/7 monitoring with security cameras to ensure the safety of your vehicle while in our care. We believe it’s one of the best facilities for car electronics installation in the Midwest.

Our Process
With the commitment to a great facility and advanced tooling, we have the infrastructure to actually deliver a great installation service each and every time. We only sell products we believe are the best-in-category that provide high reliability. We test and diagnose vehicles to determine problems or issues before an installation is started so that the outcome provides the client with a great result. We solder and insulate nearly all of our wire-to-wire connections for longevity and reliability. We use top-grade hardware to mount equipment we install or parts we fabricate. We conduct a thorough post-installation evaluation to ensure everything we’ve installed, configured and calibrated is operating as intended. Most of all, we communicate with our clients every step of the way so that they know their vehicle is in qualified hands.
Our Labor Guarantee
Sweet Sounds offers a limited warranty on our installation services and custom made products for the period of 1 year or 12,000 miles.
