Our friends over at Lager’s in St. Peter brought over this brand new 2015 RAM 1500 truck for a mutual client of ours, Darwin. Darwin was looking for better bass response so we retained the factory head unit and speakers and interfaced to the original equipment. We installed a new bass system using Digital Designs products featuring two 10″ subwoofers and a 900-watt RMS amplifier. The woofers are enclosed in a custom-fabricated fiberglass enclosure that resides under the rear seats.
Unlike most enclosure solutions for this truck, we were able to achieve the proper amount of air space for the subs and retain the functionality of the seats and folding floor. A fully form-fitting enclosure allows us to get maximum air space, and using fiberglass results in a very strong enclosure.
As you can see, we protect the entire vehicle while we are working on it. This truck was pristine—it only had 39—yes, 39—miles on it when it came in, and looked just as good when we were done with it. We care for your vehicles as if they are our own.
